Hi, I’m Danni–a health and wellness coach. I can’t wait to show you how we can ignite your spark and elevate your health to unimaginable levels.


As a qualified teacher and accredited sports coach originally from Melbourne VIC and now living in sunny Queensland, I specialise in supporting people to become the best version of themselves. My background as an elite netballer has taught me that becoming healthier on the outside is a result of what goes on inside your mind and body. 

Overall health and well-being comes from developing and cementing ‘wellness’ habits– and that takes time, effort and on-going support!


Naturally, we want to see success straight away. Exercising and dieting can be frustrating while nutrition and workout plans can be burdensome and overwhelming. As a result, when it comes to our own health, we often put our needs and happiness last.


‘Find Your Spark’ means different things to different people. For some it is the absence of illness, freedom from pain, achieving a certain weight or being able to accomplish extraordinary sporting endeavours.

Hi, I’m Danni – a health and wellness coach. I can’t wait to show you how we can ignite your spark and elevate your health to unimaginable levels.


As a qualified teacher and accredited sports coach based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, I specialise in supporting people to become the best version of themselves. My background as an elite netballer has taught me that becoming healthier on the outside is a result of what goes on inside your mind and body.

// What happens when we lose our zest for life?

In 2017 an unexpected trauma sent me into an emotional tailspin. Like so many of us, I hid it, and the world continued to see ‘I’ve-got-it-together Danni’. It was only a select few who knew of my darkness and turmoil.


I felt emotionless. I called it “Blah”. No highs. No lows. Just blah. 


I dealt with the depression by eating my emotions. Cakes. Donuts. Chocolate. Pastries. Cookies; and in just12 months, I stacked on so much weight that my clothes didn’t fit.

// But I couldn’t control it. 

I had been an elite athlete. Playing netball at state level meant I understood discipline, healthy eating and how to manage both failure and success. I knew my behaviour was bad for me. 


I cried myself to sleep, hardly able to look at the person in the mirror, despising all she was and everything she represented – fat, ugly, weak, worthless, useless. 


Desperate for help, I felt that only an all-in-one psychologist, dietician and personal trainer could help me find myself again.

// My prayers were answered 

An ad for a Summer Body Reset, complete with an accountability partner, popped up in my inbox. It felt like destiny, so I jumped in and – as they say – the rest is history.


I regained control. I established good eating habits, kicked my sugar cravings, and began to exercise again. Knowledge of new wellness rituals empowered and re-invigorated me.


After a few months, people began to notice … my SPARK had returned!

My journey gives me indescribable joy. I absolutely love guiding people to ignite their self-esteem and self-worth. 


Finding Your Spark is belonging to a community bursting with support, care and accountability. It is finding what works for you and learning how to implement the health and wellness changes you desire in your everyday life. And I’ll be right here to hold your hand as you step into a new life filled with the endless possibilities.

Savouring my end of day cup of tea. There’s nothing better than chilling on the couch with a strong cup of English Breakfast
